Khushroo heads the Operations department at Ormax Media, which is responsible for the smooth functioning of all primary research projects, across our field, online and telephonic set-ups. He joined the company in 2009 within months of its inception, and has played an instrumental role in setting up various processes, including a state-of-the-art Computer Assisted Telephonic Interview (CATI) facility in Surat, as well as our inhouse panel Ormax Online.

Khushroo holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Ahmedabad, where he specialized in market research. He enjoys travelling with his wife and twin children.
